Night Track - Failure

I think that Angelica summarized the talking points really well, so I won't duplicate.  I did want to add one tidbit that Scott Bonner said about his failure situation, which was: if he wasn't sitting in the building alone and had vocalized and rationalized his decision to someone else before making it, he probably wouldn't have done it.  I think this hits the point that no man is an island, and you need your team's support to make the best decisions.  Go Team RC!
