First Day-pre-conference & Booth set-up

I will apologize now for the lack of photos...today was a busy day and I took some with the SLR but that is back at the booth and I am now at home getting ready for round 2.  Here are a few highlights from todays adventure:

-Our 400 sq. ft. booth turned from empty space into the probably the funnest space to be in the exhibit hall (the jury is still out but besides tons of stuff to play with & a giant jenga we have a few more tricks up our sleeve to get people excited about play [and learn islands])

-Lessa and I set-up video equipment to video record the SRP pre-conference which apparently will be shown to the people in Illinois and Minnesota (thanks to Melvin, Adam & Miguel for helping to make that happen)

-Michelle became official CLA photographer at the ribbon cutting ceremony

-and I finally got a cup of coffee at 4:30pm (thank you Robert! I can't thank you enough for that)...warning, the Starbucks at the conference hall closed at 4pm today so keep that in mind for tomorrow, Saturday and any future events at the Pasadena Convention Center
